Ramabanam is a typical Hollywood potboiler with no particularly innovative plot. The protagonist Vicky (Gopichand) leaves his family following a dispute with his younger brother Rajaram (Jagapathi Babu) early in the narrative. In Kolkata, he marries Bhairavi (Dimple Hayathi) and becomes a Bhai. Vicky learns that his brother is under threat from GK (Tarun Arora) when he returns home. The movie includes all the typical components of a mass-market motion picture, including action, romance, humour, and emotions.
Masked Star As usual, Gopichand gave a good performance. In musical performances and action films, he has a sharp appearance. In emotionally charged sequences, Jagapathi Babu outperforms Gopichand thanks to his custom-made persona. Dimple Hayathi has nice looks, and Khushboo fits her part well. Particularly in the early half, the comedic parts have been successful. Get-up Srinu, Satya, Vennela Kishore, and Ali significantly aided the movie with their hilarious timing. It’s enjoyable to see the emotional sequences, interval sequence, a few funny exchanges and a few songs.
The poorest aspect of the film is its narrative. The picture was made enjoyable by a smart premise, despite the fact that it offers nothing new. Some of the characters in the film have no connection to the plot. For example, Kushita’s demeanour is superfluous. Some of the circumstances are so archaic that even an average audience can predict the discourse. The director should have given this more thought. Since Tarun Arora’s villain is not sufficiently defined, the face-off scenes between he and Gopichand were tiresome. The author should have added a few establishing scenes for the enemy.
While Sriwass does his best as a filmmaker, the plot could have used more attention. Bhupathi Raja may have written an interesting tale. Together, Madhusudhan Padamati and Abburi Ravi developed witty dialogue that is guaranteed to appeal to a wide audience. Vetri’s cinematography and Mickey J Meyer’s music are both excellent. Many scenes were required, especially in the second half.
